Product Use

Our body oils are intended for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately. We recommend doing a small patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

Fragrance Disclaimer

Some products may be inspired by popular fragrance scents. Aura & Oil is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or made by any designer brand or fragrance company. Brand names may be used only to describe scent inspiration.

Orders

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes before shipping.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipping, estimated delivery is usually 2–5 business days with USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other issues outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal-care nature of body oils, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before use. Aura & Oil is not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, or misuse of the product.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Aura & Oil, you agree that our business is not responsible for any damages, reactions, delays, or losses beyond the amount paid for your order.
