Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

After your order ships, estimated delivery is usually 2–5 business days with USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped through USPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Packaging

All body oils are packaged carefully to help prevent leaks or damage during shipping.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Aura & Oil is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Aura & Oil is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery is marked as completed.

Damaged or Leaking Items

If your item arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can review the issue.
