Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal-care nature of our body oils, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the problem and do our best to make it right.

Refunds are only considered for damaged, leaking, or incorrect items. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
